Yes, we offer custom home design services to ensure your dream home, vacation home, or rental becomes a reality.

We build tiny homes on foundations up to 100 miles away from Lubbock, Texas. BUT, we build mobile tiny homes and modular tiny homes that can be delivered anywhere in the United States.

Custom tiny homes can vary a great deal in price depending on many factors. Most of the homes we build range in price from 150$ per square foot to 200$ per square foot.

1. We have a conversation about wants, needs, and budget.
2. We develop a design.
3. You review the design, we make any necessary changes, until you are happy with the design and budget.
4. We build your tiny house!

At this time, we do not offer financing.

At this time, we do not offer land in our builds.
